• Provide first aid and basic medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses
• Assess and manage occupational health issues
• Monitor employees health status and maintain medical records

Emergency Response

• Handle workplace emergencies and provide immediate care
• Coordinate with hospitals/ambulance services when required
• Maintain emergency preparedness (first aid kits, protocols, drills)

Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards
• Promote safe working practices and use of PPE

Medical Surveillance

• Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups
• Monitor employees exposed to hazardous environments
• Maintain health reports and documentation as per company policy

Health Education

• Conduct awareness programs on hygiene, safety, and wellness
• Educate employees on occupational hazards and preventive measures
• Promote healthy lifestyle practices

Administrative Duties

• Maintain medical inventory and supplies
• Prepare reports related to incidents and health records
• Coordinate with HR and management for employee health programs

Additional Expectations

• Knowledge of occupational health standards and regulations
• Ability to handle onsite clinics independently
• Good communication and emergency management skills
