Roles & Responsibilities
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Produce
Plans, manages, and coordinates the activities of the industrial validation of the product/process (methods, purchasing, design office) to meet the cost, quality, time, and HSE objectives of the production chain in accordance with the schedule defined by the industrial brand.
- Identifies and sets up the project team called the Multidisciplinary Industrial Validation Group (GPVI); Plans, facilitates and approves the completion of the PVI milestones, APQP...
- Supports the preparation of industrialization reviews for the methods section, in order to ensure the maturity of industrialization.
- He is the primary contact for the production manager, the design office, and the industrial brand of the program concerned.
- Pilots and implements process and product improvements.
- Keeps up to date the industrial file of his production line (T100, Configuration As planned, FMEA, FIT, PVI, Monitoring plan).
- In the pre-industrialization phase: Establishes the first process risk analysis with regard to the offer made to the client and proposes a risk reduction plan.
- During the concurrent engineering phase: Ensures compliance with the key elements of the Business Plan:
- - Quality (process capability), Production cost (T100), Cycle / Capacity: (module identification, balancing capability)
- During the development and implementation phase of the production tool: Builds or has built the sequencers for the range and delivers them to the producer
- In the initial manufacturing phase:
- - Leads the action plan, methods for eradicating defects and bringing the process under control.
- - Leads the design improvement plan
- - Consolidates the action plans associated with the T100 based on the production cost results for the first parts
- - Validates sequencer adjustment plans and phase balancing.
- - Participates in the Rate Readiness action plan for the provision of a production tool in line with the ramp-up.
D defines, in coordination with the line manager, the organization of production to deliver materials in accordance with cost, quality, time and HSE requirements.
COMPETENCES SSE
- Applies the procedures and instructions related to its activity,
- Uses the collective or individual means of protection made available to him/her,
- Reports any SSE-related anomalies to their superiors
- Proposes guidance for improvement solutions and participates in the search for better HSE prevention.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have a Bac+5 from an engineering school in mechanical engineering or equivalent and you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent with 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of industrial drawing.
Good knowledge of the basics of mechanics. Good knowledge of production systems (Flow, VSM, SPC).
Design of parts, industrialization of new products; reading of plans and writing of technical documentation.
Logiciels : Pack Office, CatiaV5, SAP.
Possess technical skills in the field of aeronautics, and knowledge of composites.
Management transversal.
Project management.
Analysis and synthesis.
