Main missions

1. Project structuring and governance
   • Establish and maintain project management standards (planning, milestones, deliverables)
   • Ensure the application of project processes (MER reviews, DVI, internal milestones)
   • Structuring the reference frameworks (WBS, RACI, risk matrices)
2. Planning and progress management
   • Consolidate project schedules (development, industrialization, production)
   • Monitor progress and identify deviations
   • Propose catch-up plans in coordination with Project Managers
3. Risk & Opportunity Management
   • Facilitating the project risk management process
   • Ensure that risk registers are kept up to date
   • Follow the associated action plans
4. Performance monitoring (costs & indicators)
   • Consolidate project indicators (QCDRS)
   • Monitor project budgets in conjunction with Project Managers
   • Set up and maintain dashboards
5. Reporting & communication
   • Prepare the project committee/management materials
   • Ensure reliable, structured and concise reporting
   • Alert in case of major riverbank
6. Support for project teams
   • Supporting Project Managers in the use of tools and methods
   • Facilitating coordination between different departments (industrial, quality, supply chain)
   • Contributing to the development of maturity in project management
7. Am lioration continue
   • Capitalizing on lessons learned (RETEX)
   • Propose improvements to PMO processes and tools
   • Participating in the standardization of practices

Search profile:

Formation

Master's degree (engineering or equivalent) in industrial engineering, project management or equivalent

Exp rience :

2-3 years of experience in project management or PMO in an industrial environment
