Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead the process of prevention and management of industrial risks linked to fires, detection systems and evacuation plans on all sites of the Safran Tunisia Campus, ensuring the link with the authorities, insurers and internal bodies.

Carry out and maintain the industrial risk assessment.

Participate in the preparation of technical specifications for consultation with suppliers.

Participate and propose updates to maintenance contracts.

Be the technical contact for the inspection offices during periodic regulatory visits.

Be the technical contact for monitoring the insurer's recommendations for all sites.

Be the contact person for the competent authorities (Civil Protection, Security Directorate, etc.)

Maintain fire safety records.

Participate in the compliance of buildings/installations in terms of fire safety.

Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reporting.

Create and update plans (mass, security means, evacuation plan, etc.)

Monitor and manage action plans (insurer, regulations, safety studies, environmental studies, ATEX, etc.)

Create and update preventive maintenance programs for fire-fighting equipment and resources and safety-sensitive elements and ensure their monitoring.

Participate in carrying out HSE audits and inspections.

Immediately notify your hierarchy / HSE manager of the area / manager of the area concerned in the event of a major emergency situation.

Participate in the working group for analysis of causes following industrial incidents or risk situations and define the associated action plans.
