Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive industrial security policies and procedures to protect company assets, personnel, and information.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor and manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and oversee emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and incident investigations.
  • Train employees on security protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of safety and awareness.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and emergency services to ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations.
  • Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
  • Supervise on-site security personnel, providing guidance, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of security incidents, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance security measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in security management, industrial safety, criminal justice, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial security or a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge of security systems, access control, and surveillance technologies.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards for industrial environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaboration.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and security audits.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under urgent situations, and in a leadership capacity as required.
