Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive industrial services strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of industrial service operations, including maintenance, repair, and engineering, to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the industrial services department.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecast revenues, and control costs within the industrial services division, ensuring financial targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and project management best practices.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial services tank repair experience is a must , with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of the industrial services industry, including knowledge of various equipment, technologies, and maintenance practices.
