Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Outputs:
- Install, assemble, and commission air conditioning units (split, window, package), desert coolers, and HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure continuous comfort for building occupants.
- Replace or repair faulty parts, including motors, fans, compressors, thermostats, capacitors, and pumps.
- Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
- Coordinate with maintenance supervisors, vendors, and contractors for specialized repairs or system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards during all work activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
College level and diploma holder in technical field will be preferred
2 3 years of proven experience in a similar field preferably in FMCG sector
