Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise end-to-end warehouse logistics operations — receiving, storage, issuing, and distribution — ensuring full compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain strict safety and quality standards across all stages of operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, define reorder points, and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Prepare detailed inventory movement and performance reports using SAP.
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams, including storekeepers and supervisors, to drive operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales to align warehouse readiness with business needs.
  • Participate in demand forecasting and planning meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management within an industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage warehouses across multiple locations.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP (MM/WM modules preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare data-driven reports and support decision-making through SAP insights.
  • Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
