Job Description
Lead the "Industrialize" process, ensuring product manufacturability with the required capability and capacity, while adhering to QCDRS objectives.
Oversee the implementation, setup, and validation of all production resources.
Lead the processes for modifying and optimizing the manufacturing line.
Participate in the analysis of customer complaints and returns.
