Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Participate in risk analysis and classify the criticality of industrialization.

Perform the analysis of the manufacturability and inspectability of the product.

Formalize the preliminary production plan (development and series).

Identify the preliminary needs and requirements of industrialization, and initiate the industrial validation file (DVI).

Contribute to the development of the industrialization plan.

To lead or actively participate in the FMEA procedure.

Design the manufacturing and assembly process for the series:

  • Formalize the production plan.
  • Identify the key characteristics of the process.
  • D. Define the acceptance testing procedures.
  • Validate the production bills of materials.
  • Write the specifications for manufacturing, assembly and inspection tooling.
  • Write the specifications for the series test benches.

Validate the product packaging and preservation specifications.

Contribute to the production preparation plan.

Implement the necessary actions to address the identified risks.

establish the list of requests for product, process and/or resource evolution.

Ensure the analysis of the measurement system.

Participate in the evaluation of the state of readiness for series production.

Validate the product packaging and preservation specifications.

Carry out the actions planned to mitigate the identified risks.

Conduct pre-capability analyses and define objectives and samples for capability studies.

Participate in the FMEA review process.

Contribute to the action plan to address non-conformities identified during FAI manufacturing.

Formalize the initial monitoring plan, in connection with Quality Development.

Analyze the causes of insufficient operational performance and implement an improvement plan.

Participate in the review of the control plan and the process FMEA.

Capitalize on and share the lessons learned from the industrialization project.

Participate in the closing of the industrialization project.

Participate in project progress monitoring routines with the industrialization team (Visual Planning, OBEYA).

Contribute to technical analyses and expertise in the event of product or process problems.

Actively participate in technological monitoring related to its scope of activity.
