Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive the Industrialize process by ensuring manufacturability with the required capability and capacity, in compliance with QCDRS objectives.

Lead the production, implementation of all production resources and their validation (DVI)

Lead the modification and optimization processes of the manufacturing chain

Participate in risk analysis and classify the criticality of industrialization.

Formalize the preliminary production, development and series plan.

Carry out the product manufacturability analysis.

Initiate the industrial validation file.

Participate in the implementation of industrialization planning.

Identify preliminary needs and requirements for industrialization.

Pilot or actively participate in the proc d risk analysis (e.g.: AMDEC proc d).

Design the serial manufacturing and assembly process.

Formalize the production plan.

Identify key process characteristics.

Define acceptance testing procedures.

Validate production nomenclatures.

Write specifications for manufacturing, assembly and inspection tools.

Write specifications for series test benches.

Participate in the implementation of the production preparation plan.

Carry out the actions planned to remove the identified risks.

Participate in project progress monitoring routines with the industrial project team (e.g. Visual planning, OBEYA).
