Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To industrialize a product according to the company's processes and standards.
Conduct the Industrialize process by ensuring the required manufacturability, capability and capacity, in compliance with the QCDRS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Risk, Safety) objectives.
Manage the implementation and deployment of production resources and their validation (DVI).
Lead the processes of modifying and optimizing the manufacturing chain.
Conduct risk analyses related to the project and processes.
Conduct technical feasibility analyses to ensure the robustness of the product and the process.
establish cost estimates in current and non-current costs.
Design the serial manufacturing process, defining the means, methodology and appropriate documentation.
Prepare for and participate in technical reviews and project steering reviews.
Supervise the creation of prototypes for technical and functional validation.
Conduct capability analyses of resources and processes to ensure compliance and industrial performance.
establish monitoring plans to control product quality.
Analyze the causes of underperformance and implement appropriate improvement plans.
Conduct expert analyses to resolve product or process problems.
Conduct flow and capacity analyses to adapt the industrial tool to production needs.
