Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description:
Participate in risk analysis and classify the criticality of industrialization.
Conduct manufacturability and inspectability analysis of the product.
Formalize the preliminary production plan (development and series).
Identify the preliminary needs and requirements of industrialization and initiate the industrial validation file (DVI).
Contribute to the development of the industrialization plan.
Lead or actively participate in the process FMEA.
Design the manufacturing and series assembly process:
Formalize the production plan.
Identify the key characteristics of the process.
Define acceptance testing procedures.
Validate production bills of materials.
Write the specifications for manufacturing, assembly, and inspection tooling.
Write the specifications for the serial test benches.
Validate the product packaging and preservation specifications.
Contribute to the production preparation plan.
Implement the necessary actions to mitigate identified risks.
Establish the list of requests for product, process, and/or equipment changes.
Ensure the analysis of the measurement system.
Participate in the evaluation of the production readiness status.
Validate the product packaging and preservation specifications.
Participate in the implementation of the production preparation plan.
Carry out the planned actions to mitigate identified risks.
Conduct pre-capability analyses and define the objectives and samples for capability studies.
Participate in the process FMEA review.
Contribute to the action plan to address identified non-conformities during FAI manufacturing.
Formalize the initial monitoring plan, in conjunction with Quality Development.
