Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Industrialization Engineer


Manage the industrialization of new equipment, according to the different phases of the project approach and respecting the industrialization procedure.

  • Ensuring the start-up and commissioning of new equipment within the deadlines
  • Proposes and implements workforce productivity gains to achieve company objectives
  • Implement the necessary production capacity increases and ensure follow-up until process qualification
  • Update process data and equipment technical files in accordance with industry rules and methods.
  • Train users, in the case of commissioning or modification of new procedures

Technical knowledge (Internal):

  • Product knowledge and how it works
  • Quality tools and 8D problem-solving methods
  • Good knowledge of LEAN tools (5S)

Desired Candidate Profile

PROFILE

  • Academic level: Master's degree (Engineering)
  • Specialty: Industrial computer automation, mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics or industrial
  • Required experience : Maximum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Perfect command of the French language
  • Good command of English (Professional)
