Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
Organize your entity to achieve project objectives while respecting the budget and the make-or-buy strategy.
Manage the workload/capacity balance: resources and geographical locations.
Ensure the application of process standards. Industrialize related to assigned work.
Guarantee the commitments made by your entity:
preparation and maturity of quotes.
Manage performance (respect for deadlines, cost control, compliance, quality, and maturity).
Guarantee responsibility for your entity's operating budget (investments, allocations, disbursements).
Ensure cohesion with other company entities and promote cross-functionality.
Ensure upward and downward communication between teams and management.
Promote an operating method consistent with the principles of the leadership model.
Lead and support change management within your scope.
Guarantee the entity's competitiveness through a proactive approach. Continuous improvement.
Measurement of competitiveness, benchmarking, implementation and sustainability of improvement actions.
Supporting the business/product strategy of their entity, in line with that defined by their reporting management.
Developing the capitalization of knowledge, resources and design practices; promoting the standardization and dissemination of rules and best practices between business lines.
Ensuring active technological monitoring within their scope.
Leading the Improvement Plan for their scope in line with that of their Management.
Managing their entity in compliance with HR, HSE processes and current legislation.
