Roles & Responsibilities

INDUSTRIALIZATION PILOT


Within the industrial engineering team's project entity, the industrialization lead is responsible for leading and/or implementing industrialization and activity transfer actions on the projects assigned to them, ensuring compliance with quality/cost/schedule/HSE objectives.

Its main missions are:

  • Develop the project plan and ensure it is followed
  • Ensure the achievement of QCDS objectives within its scope
  • Launch and monitor the industrialization of products or prototypes
  • Acquire and put into service the industrial resources in line with the projects
  • Develop and manage the evolution of the Manufacturing and Control File (Routing, BOM, Instruction Sheets) in accordance with the definition
  • Ensure the creation and progressive validation of the Industrial Validation File (PPAP)
  • Manage and/or carry out industrialization and business transfer activities in accordance with current procedures
  • Prepare periodic reports on your project portfolio
  • Managing relationships with clients (internal and external)
  • Manage technical data related to industrialization at the PLM and SAP level
  • Purchasing assistance: technical support in the context of prospecting and research for innovations, supplier analysis.
  • Capitalize on, formalize and disseminate best practices within the workshop
  • To research and propose solutions for improvement and to participate in the progress initiatives implemented

Desired Candidate Profile

Industrial engineer, electromechanical engineer, or equivalent, with the following skills:

  • Leadership, ability to facilitate cross-functional activities and to lead change.
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Impeccable writing skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong ability to integrate
  • Autonomous, proactive, responsive, creative
  • Good communicator (multiple stakeholders: Supply chain, Quality, Production, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Technical Department, Program, IEC France, clients, suppliers)
