Roles & Responsibilities

Industrialization Project Manager


Manage the validation milestone review, support the transfer to series production and ensure the ramp-up.

Ensure regular reporting to the client (progress, risks, maturity of deliverables).

Formalize the production preparation plan and supervise the trials/pre-series and put in place and implement prevention plans if necessary.

Formalize and capitalize on lessons learned for future projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Lead and manage the team of batch managers, ensuring the implementation of collaborative engineering, and technical coordination between the different stakeholders.

Define and deploy the development plan and identify the necessary resources.

Structuring and planning the project through milestones, deliverables and maturity assessments.

Identify opportunities and manage risks related to the industrialization project.

Conduct preliminary risk analysis to identify critical deliverables, and implement the means and tools for monitoring QCDRS indicators.
