Roles & Responsibilities

Industrialization Quality Engineer


Prepare by a priori the development of the product/process (in the development phase) by analyzing the product requirements from the 2D review phase.

Collect feedback on similar programs and deploy it for new programs

Verify the conformity of the parts resulting from the process development and the model parts.

Ensure compliance with the standard for passing industrialization milestones.

Ensure the maturity assessment of the APQP deliverables Cl s.

Analyze the GCAs, adapt the GCAs for suppliers and ensure adaptation at the MOP and control range level.

Supporting the project team in FMEA analyses and defining the control plan upstream.

Supporting project managers in processing product/project carts.

Ensure product/process maturity (PRR) at the highest level of the nomenclature.

Managing the handling of customer complaints during the development phase.

Ensure compliance with the standard in the application of changes and the management of exceptions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineer by training in Textile/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Experience in a similar position in the aerospace or automotive industry (minimum two years)
