Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To define, evaluate and qualify the manufacturing processes.
Ensure product manufacturability with the required robustness, in compliance with QCDRS objectives
Analyze the shortcomings and risks associated with the industrialization of the product.
Provide technical support to production in case of problems or non-conformities.
Coordinate actions with other departments and ensure liaison with the Design Office.
Creation of flat and 3D patterns.
Grading and adjustments according to production needs.
Assembly of prototypes, testing and technical fine-tuning before series launch.
Optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure profitability, quality and adherence to production deadlines.
Proficient in Lectra, Modaris, Diamino, Marker Manager, Design Concept software and the Lectra cutter.
Solid knowledge of textiles: material behavior, technical constraints and product quality.
