Position: Influencer and Creator Manager

Location: Remote (Global)

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

We re hiring an Influencer & Creator Manager to lead partnership outreach, relationship management, and content collaboration across three tiers of influencers and creators. This role requires someone strategic, personable, and highly organized capable of scaling an influencer ecosystem while maintaining genuine relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute a structured 3-tier influencer program:
      • Tier A (High-level influencers): Develop long-term partnerships, producing organic content and partnership ads.
      • Tier B (Mid-tier influencers): Manage short-term (4 6 months) paid collaborations and campaign execution.
      • Tier C (Creators): Collaborate with everyday users and niche creators to produce authentic, community-driven content.
  • Conduct influencer identification, outreach, and vetting aligned with brand objectives.
  • Develop and manage an automated outreach and communication system to streamline relationship building.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with creators to ensure deliverables and brand consistency.
  • Track influencer performance metrics and report campaign results to the marketing team.
  • Help build a scalable and loyal network of creators an army of brand advocates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent, polished English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • 2 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships.
  • Proven experience managing influencer relationships and running partnership campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Social Snowball, influencer databases, or CRM systems.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple ongoing relationships and campaigns.
  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and skilled at creating win-win partnerships.
