About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Influencer & Community Manager to join the resort s Marketing team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Influencer Marketing (Primary)

  • Program build & ownership: Plan and run always-on creator programs and campaign bursts across GCC and priority markets; balance celebrity/upper-mid, mid-tier, and micro creators for impact + efficiency

  • Sourcing & vetting: Identify creators aligned to our core pillars and be able to conduct qualitative brand-fit checks and quantitative fraud/quality screens

  • Briefing & co-creation: Turn brand goals into clear briefs, while encouraging concept ownership

  • Contracting & rights: Coordinate offers, scopes, deliverables, usage windows, whitelisting, exclusivity and territory

  • Creativity & campaigning: Lead with creativity, building itineraries, on-property content days, and tent-pole events that generate news as well as content

  • Content delivery & QA: Traffic manage timelines, approvals and brand checks; secure raw assets for re-edit and repost; log all posts and usage rights in an asset management system

  • Measurement: Track KPIs per creator and campaign, reporting and optimizing periodically

  • Agency orchestration: Day-to-day lead with our influencer agency

Community & Micro-Networks (Foundational)

  • Daily community ops: Oversight of DMs, comments, creator engagement and escalation management, with a view to developing tech support for speed and efficiency

  • Micro-community building: Nurture local creators, tastemakers and other networks to seed advocacy and invite-only experiences

  • Cultural radar: Spot real-time trends and timely collab opportunities and recommend fast-turn creative responses

Operations

  • Systems: Maintain a detailed and robust roster of talent, rates, deliverables, contracts, rights and performance dashboards

  • Automation: Work with Social Op team to implement workflows that drive efficiency without losing the human touch


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a social media management environment, preferably within luxury hospitality or entertainment sectors, with at least 3 years directly involved in Influencer Marketing

  • Proven success in developing and executing effective content marketing strategies

  • Evidence of community building skillsets both digitally and in person across the region

  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior and content performance

  • Proficiency in social listening tools, trend analytics and reporting frameworks that include native platform dashboards

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience of delivering social media/influencer campaigns both in silo and as part of wider marketing campaigns

  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and aesthetics

  • Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is a plus
