Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage influencer outreach, contracts, negotiations, and deliverables
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, content approvals, and posting schedules
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions)
  • Ensure compliance with advertising, disclosure, and brand guidelines
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • 1–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or brand partnerships
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from concept to execution
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X)
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, agencies, or talent managers

Skills & Competency

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify influencers that align with brand values and target audiences
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Creative mindset combined with data-driven decision making
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
