Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, and managing influencers and content creators to produce user-generated content for our brands.

This is not a social media posting role you will focus on building relationships with creators, negotiating deals, briefing content, managing deliverables, and ensuring we have a constant flow of high-quality UGC for our advertising and social media teams.

You will work closely with our in-house ads team, social media team, and graphic designer to ensure content aligns with campaign goals. Our UK management will be based on-site in Cairo working directly alongside you.

Strong English is essential you will communicate with creators worldwide and must write professionally and clearly.

Influencer Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Research and identify influencers, micro-influencers, and UGC creators that fit our brands
  • Build a database of creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Reach out to creators, pitch collaborations, and recruit them to work with us
  • Evaluate creators based on engagement, audience quality, content style, and brand fit
  • Stay on top of trending creators and emerging talent

Negotiation & Contracts

  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines with creators
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and payment schedules
  • Ensure all collaborations are within budget and deliver value
  • Handle gifting, affiliate arrangements, and paid partnerships

Briefing & Content Management

  • Write clear, detailed briefs for creators what we need, brand guidelines, dos and don'ts
  • Communicate our brand voice and ensure creators understand what we're looking for
  • Manage the content creation process from brief to final delivery
  • Review content, request revisions, and approve final assets
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time and to specification

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators
  • Keep creators engaged and motivated to produce quality content
  • Handle any issues or disputes professionally
  • Create a network of reliable, go-to creators we can work with repeatedly

UGC Strategy & Organisation

  • Build and maintain a library of UGC content for the ads and social teams to use
  • Track what content performs and feed insights back to creators
  • Identify content gaps and recruit creators to fill them
  • Stay up to date with UGC trends, formats, and what's working on each platform

Collaboration

  • Work with the ads team to understand what creative they need
  • Work with the social media team to source content for organic posts
  • Coordinate with the graphic designer on any editing or finishing required
  • Report on influencer and UGC performance to UK management

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing influencers, UGC creators, or content partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube how they work, what content performs, who the creators are
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting creators
  • Experience negotiating rates and managing contracts
  • Excellent written English you will write briefs, outreach messages, and communicate with creators daily
  • Strong organisational skills you will manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously
  • Understanding of what makes UGC content effective for ads and social media
  • Confident communicator you can build relationships and handle difficult conversations
  • Self-motivated and proactive you find opportunities, you don't wait for them
  • Detail-oriented nothing slips through the cracks

Preferred

  • Experience working with UK or international brands
  • Existing network of influencers or UGC creators
  • Experience using influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, Grin, CreatorIQ, Modash, or similar)
  • Understanding of influencer analytics and how to evaluate creator quality
  • Experience with affiliate programmes or influencer gifting campaigns
