Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate publishing schedules and ensure content is posted at the planned times.
Review influencer content prior to publishing to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and identity.
Document all published materials (photos, videos, links).
Monitor campaign performance and track engagement metrics across platforms.
Prepare periodic reports on influencer performance and campaign outcomes.
Maintain an up-to-date influencer database, including rates, content types, and contact details.
Research and identify new influencers suitable for upcoming campaigns, reviewing their profiles and analytics.
Communicate daily with influencers or their managers regarding campaign updates and requirements.
Follow up on financial procedures such as invoice requests, confirmation of receipt, and submitting documents to relevant teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support content production and ensure alignment with campaign strategy.
Adhere to marketing plans and contribute to achieving campaign goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing (entry-level experience accepted).
Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
