Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance aligned with user requirements.
Provide first-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability and data security.
Support and manage networking equipment and infrastructure, including devices from Cisco, MikroTik, HP, and related technologies.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure security and performance standards are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement IT solutions and improve overall system efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are highly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with network devices and infrastructure from Cisco, MikroTik, HP, etc.
Good communication skills and ability to support end-users effectively.
