Infra Team Lead (Bilingual- Arabic/English)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team (network, servers, cloud, and security)
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems
• Plan, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions (on-premises & cloud)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices
• Drive automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle vendor management and coordinate with third-party providers
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations in both Arabic and English

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3 -5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of:
  
  • Server management (Windows/Linux)
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with monitoring tools and automation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as:
  
  • ITIL
  • AWS / Azure Certifications
  • CCNA / CCNP
  • VMware Certifications
• Experience in large-scale or enterprise environments
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools
