Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance, adjusting and recommendations to improve efficiency and capacity. Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that support the organization's operational and strategic goals, leveraging technologies such as MPLS, DCI Links, Cisco ACI, VMware Cloud Foundation, and more. Ensure the security of the network and data through effective management of firewalls, IPS, HSM, WAF, CyberArk, and other security tools. Manage and optimize network performance using tools like F5 VPN, F5 LTM, Infoblox, and VMware NSX-T. Oversee the deployment and management of storage solutions, virtual desktop infrastructure, and collaboration tools including Dell Isilon, VMware Horizon View, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint. Collaborate with IT security to implement and manage cybersecurity solutions such as DLP, NDR, antivirus software, and vulnerability scanners. Provide expertise in cloud computing, specifically in Azure AD and VMware Cloud Foundation, to facilitate migration and management of cloud-based resources. Work closely with the IT team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in IT architecture and security. Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure architecture, policies, and procedures.
