Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure (preferably in a hybrid or international environment)
• Proven hands-on experience with: Networking: Firewalls, switches, NAC, routing protocols, VLANs, iSCSI.
• Systems: Windows and Linux (including advanced configuration and administration).
• Storage: SAN, ZFS, Samba, and backup systems.
• Virtualisation: VMware ESXi, Hyper-V (design, deployment, and maintenance).
• Security: VPNs (OpenVPN, IPsec), secure access control, endpoint protection.
• Cloud & Identity Management: Active Directory (on-prem & Azure AD), federation, SSO.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards: ITIL, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring tools and centralized logging (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) is a strong asset.
