Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Team Lead to spearhead training initiatives for our infrastructure engineering teams. As a Training Team Lead, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that enhance technical skills, knowledge sharing, and team performance. This role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on infrastructure engineering, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.

• Assess the training needs of infrastructure engineers and create tailored learning paths.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update training materials.

• Manage the delivery of virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize content for maximum impact.

• Maintain documentation and resources to support ongoing knowledge development.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training leadership roles within the tech industry.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure engineering, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.

• Excellent instructional design and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in delivering virtual training programs using digital tools.

• Ability to assess training needs and create structured learning plans.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with infrastructure automation tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Certification in instructional design or technical training.
