Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operating Systems: Linux, Windows Server
    Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
    Web Servers & Load Balancers: Nginx, Apache, HAProxy
    Scripting & Automation: Bash, PowerShell
    Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, ELK Stack


    Management of Linux/Windows servers, infrastructure setup, virtualization, and monitoring


    • Design, deploy, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise IT infrastructure.

    • The ideal candidate will have strong experience with servers, networking, virtualization, storage systems, and cloud environments (VMWare cloud director, Azure, or on-premises), as well as expertise in Linux and Windows server administration.

    • The role involves managing Kubernetes clusters, containerized environments, and object storage systems (AWS S3), ensuring high availability, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery.

    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, database systems (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Redis), and enterprise integrations (webMethods) is highly desirable.

    • Responsibilities include troubleshooting infrastructure issues, implementing security and compliance measures, optimizing resource utilization, and collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and solution architects to support enterprise applications and services.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to ensure a robust and efficient IT infrastructure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure administration or engineering roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud environments.
