Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with government authorities to secure approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors
- Manage stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth collaboration and timely project delivery
- Provide technical guidance on infrastructure design and construction for land development and road projects
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and support PMC objectives across planning, design, and construction phases
- Prepare and present technical reports, correspondence, and presentations in English and Arabic
- Identify and resolve design conflicts, approval challenges, and stakeholder issues proactively
- Represent the organization confidently in high-level meetings with authorities and key stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on land development and road projects
Extensive hands-on experience delivering infrastructure projects in Dubai or the wider UAE
Skills Set
- Strong technical expertise in infrastructure design and construction
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability in PMC or consultancy environments
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai and UAE authority requirements and approval processes
- Experience working with entities such as RTA and Dubai Municipality is an advantage
- PMP or similar professional certification is preferred
