Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, storage, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of core IT systems.
- Plan and execute major infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology upgrades.br>Evaluate emerging technologies and design solutions to optimize business operations.
DevOps & Automation:
- Establish and lead the DevOps function, including tool selection, pipeline design, CI/CD implementation, and release management.
- Drive automation of deployment, monitoring, and operations across infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.br>
Identity & Systems Integration:
- Lead identity and access management strategies, including single sign-on, directory services, and cross-system authentication.
- Oversee integration between enterprise applications, cloud services, and IT systems for seamless interoperability.
Security & Compliance:
- Define, implement, and enforce enterprise security policies, controls, and standards.
- Oversee disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
- Monitor and mitigate risks across infrastructure, platforms, and cloud services to ensure regulatory compliance.br>
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure, DevOps, and platform teams.
- Allocate resources, manage workloads, and drive performance management.
- Foster collaboration across DevOps, Security, Development, and QA teams.br>
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contracts for IT infrastructure and services.
- Review costs & budgets for infrastructure projects, DevOps tooling, and technology upgrades.
- Optimize costs while maintaining high-quality, secure, and reliable IT services.br>
Business Alignment & Decision-Making
- Serve as the principal technical authority for infrastructure, DevOps, identity, and security initiatives.
- Align technology strategy with business objectives and operational needs.
- Provide expert guidance for critical incident resolution, root cause analysis, and major technology decision.
Job Relations:
- Development & QA Teams: Coordinate for CI/CD, system integration, and application performance.
- Security Team: Ensure infrastructure and DevOps compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Business Units / End Users: Gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure IT systems support business objectives.
- Product Team: Align platform and application infrastructure with product roadmap and delivery timelines.
- Finance / Procurement Teams: Collaborate on budget planning, vendor selection, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Direct Reports: Infrastructure team, DevOps team, platform engineers, and application/integration specialists.
External Communications:
Vendors & Service Providers:
- Manage relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) for infrastructure, cloud, DevOps tools, and security services.
- Evaluate new solutions, negotiate licensing, and ensure vendor accountability for performance and delivery.
Cloud Providers & Technology Partners:
- Collaborate on architecture design, operational support, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Bachelor s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years in IT infrastructure management, including hands-on experience in servers, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Proven experience leading DevOps, identity management, security, and platform teams.
- Expertise in virtualization, storage, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and systems integration.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with disaster recovery, backup strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Skills & Languages:
- Proficiency with Network, cloud, Azure, AD, O365, DevOps tools, security standards
- Fluent in English (required).
- Arabic proficiency (preferred).
