Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review & prepare and close all relevant tasks per the Listing Rules and our internal procedures.
• Review & prepare all Capital Alteration Applications.
• Review & prepare Transfer from Nomu-Parallel Market to Main market applications, including Transfer Document, FDD and LDD Reports.
• Handling & assessing the assigned Projects.
• Ensure alignment with international best practices and regulatory standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Post Listing-related matters within the division.
• Identify Post Listing Authorization risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and analysis for internal committees and regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with issuers, advisors, and internal teams to address Post Listing Authorization matters.
• Participate in consultations and initiatives aimed at improving Post Listing Authorization standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
• Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
• Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
• Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.

Knowledge and Experience:

3+ years of experience in Capital Markets. Knowledge of Capital Alteration Listing Types & Familiar with Listing Rules and Regulatory Frameworks.
