Roles & Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the architecture and reliability of internal platforms. You will bridge the gap between development and operations by implementing high availability patterns and disaster recovery strategies. This position focuses heavily on Kubernetes platform engineering and modern automation workflows to ensure the infrastructure remains performant and compliant with international standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable Linux based infrastructure across cloud and on premise environments.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters including EKS, AKS, GKE, and OKE while implementing service mesh technologies.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible to automate environment provisioning.
  • Establish GitOps based deployment workflows using ArgoCD for version controlled application delivery.
  • Implement comprehensive observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to track system health.
  • Configure proactive alerts and notification channels to support incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure system hardening and infrastructure compliance with PCI DSS and ISO 27001 standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in platform engineering or infrastructure roles.
  • Strong Linux administration expertise specifically with Ubuntu, RHEL, or CentOS.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Proven experience with Terraform and automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Background in observability and monitoring platforms.
  • Relevant certifications like CKA, RHCE, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly preferred.
  • Previous experience within regulated or fintech environments is a significant advantage.
