Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft the roaming test books after receiving the new roaming agreements and plan the tests to be carried out in collaboration with the roaming operators and other partners and guarantee the completion deadlines.
  • Provides preventive and curative maintenance and monitoring of the quality of the roaming service.
  • identify and locate test problems and errors in the event of data mismatches.
  • Provides statistics and tracking metrics for incident reporting.
  • Recovers roaming and interconnection receivables.
  • University degree in: Telecommunications, Electronics.
  • Experience: Two (02) years in the field of Telecommunications.
