Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collects the hourly estimates evaluated by the specialties during the establishment of the offers.
- Establishes the general intervention schedule for the different specialties (to be attached to the offers).
- Participates in coordination meetings.
- Monitors schedules during the realization and draws the attention of Department and/or Project Managers when deviations are noted.
- Proposes corrective measures to Department and/or Project Managers to achieve objectives.
- Establishes a weekly report on the progress of project studies in progress.
- Establishes the schedules for the studies of each specialty taking into account all the projects supported by each department.
- Signals to the Project Manager the triggering of the invoicing according to the progress of the studies.
- Establishes and updates the general schedule containing all the projects in progress to determine the peaks of resource needs.
- Archiving of all project schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ingenieur Planificateur (Ingenieur d'etat G.C or Architecte).
- Experience in the field.
