Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main mission
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will ensure the control and optimization of manufacturing processes and contribute to the integration of new industrial processes in a demanding electronic production environment.
Your main responsibilities
- To define, improve and standardize manufacturing processes in order to achieve quality, cost and delivery objectives
- Qualify, validate and implement production equipment, tooling and processes
- Managing the industrialization of new processes and their integration into production
- Write and maintain process documentation (process sheets, operating procedures)
- Train and support the production and maintenance teams
- Solve process problems and manage continuous improvement action plans
- Conduct process audits and monitor performance
- Participate in the quotation phases, the introduction of new products, or product modifications.
- To monitor technological developments and propose innovative solutions
- Ensuring the consistency of processes between sites (inter-site)
- Respect and promote Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation & exp rience
- Master's degree (Newly graduated engineer)
- Specialty: Mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering.
Comp tences techniques
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools (Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Knowledge of MSA & MSP tools
- Knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, monitoring plan, problem solving, risk-based approach
- Knowledge of tools and methods: timing, capacity studies,
- Knowledge of Quality, 5S and ESD standards
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems
