INJECTION MOLD MACHINE OPERATOR

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure efficient and consistent production of high-quality plastic parts.
• Perform machine setups, including mold changes, material loading, and process parameter adjustments, to meet production requirements.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication, to minimise downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of molded parts, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety.
• Monitor material usage, minimising waste and optimising the use of raw materials to control production costs.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets, ensuring timely completion of orders and adherence to schedules.
• Responsible to give correct output with the material consumption.
• Monitoring and recording GMP and maintenance activities.
• Ensure machine runs at optimum productivity without impacting quality.

Experience

• Min 3-year experience in Plastic Line.
• Husky Machine Experience in preferred
• Min 2-year experience in PET Preform/ Jar / Bottle & PP/HDPE Closure with Injection Molding .
