Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the machines and finished products to identify and resolve any defects or malfunctions promptly.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct testing and validation of molded products, ensuring they meet industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in plastics technology is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in injection molding operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, to meet production demands as necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
