Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

•Prepare and operate machines as per the production schedule to ensure continuous and efficient 5-gallon water production.

•Operate all assigned machines and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures and instructions.

•Coordinate with Maintenance department to trouble-shoot and perform regular maintenance on machine.

•Handle manual 5-gallon bottle feeding (empty bottles) and finished goods loading with the support of other resources.

•Conduct visual inspection of empty and filled 5-gallon bottles under inspection lights to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

•Adhere to all relevant Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) procedures and controls.

•Maintain work areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and 5S standards.

•Follow hygiene, grooming, and uniform requirements as per company policy.

Desired Candidate Profile

•High School/ Technical Certificate, or Diploma.

•1–2 years of experience in machine operation; prior experience with beverage production or 5-gallon water line machines preferred.

•Basic technical knowledge of machine components and manufacturing processes.

•Familiarity with essential food safety and quality standards.
