Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring machine performance and ensuring stable operating conditions.

• Distributing tasks and responsibilities among technicians and team leaders, and ensuring adherence to production schedules.

• Preparing daily production reports and defective product reports, and submitting them to the shift supervisor.

• Ensuring that the production process for each machine is completed within the specified timeframe for each product.

• Monitoring mold changes and machine startup to guarantee a product that meets approved quality standards.

• Conducting continuous product inspections during the production process to ensure compliance with quality management standards.

• Ensuring that employees adhere to occupational health and safety management standards in the workplace to protect the safety of employees and other team members.

• Ensuring and enforcing employee compliance with S5 rules and standards.

• Training team leaders and providing necessary guidance on performance and improvement.

• Coordinating employee leave plans to align with the production plan.
• Ensure that all machines are operational during the start-up phase and that all machines are shut down during the end-of-operation phase, and inform the shift supervisor if there are any problems that he cannot solve.
