Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process inside sales orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, inventory management, and transportation arrangements for manufacturing products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to align sales forecasts with inventory and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and track shipments, proactively communicating status updates and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed sales and logistics reports, analyzing data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Support the sales team in developing quotes, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the sales and logistics process.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction through process optimization.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies or systems to improve sales and logistics efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in inside sales and logistics, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and international shipping processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
