WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Deliver accurate quotations within agreed SLAs
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail to minimize errors and rework
• Effectively manage, priorities, and monitor workload and queues
• Consistently meet productivity, quality, and turnaround targets
• Ensure adherence to vendor requirements, internal policies, and processes
• Validate correct pricing, configuration, and supporting documentation
• Proactively identify, investigate, and escalate risks or issues
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

• Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and performance targets (advantageous)
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, or pricing systems (desirable)
