Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.

  • Manage all stages of the sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Track and report on key sales metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue targets.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track client interactions, manage the sales cycle, and forecast revenue.
  • Present Muhimma s services including Market Research, Data Analytics, and the Technology Platform in a way that demonstrates clear value and ROI to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and research teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts to close deals that support both client needs and company revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform service enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 2 years of sales experience, preferably in data analytics, market research, or technology-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong ability to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets in a remote environment.
