Roles & Responsibilities

Our company is one leading and integrated manufacturing and distribution of specialty chemicals and ingredients. Our focus on specialty chemicals allows us to meet the needs of a variety of industries including Water treatment, Home & Personal Care Industry. Our company’s focus is to constantly evolve all the products and brands we are associated with in order to meet the needs of our ever-changing needs of the global market. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team through proactive lead generation and qualification efforts. This role is responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing early-stage prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other prospecting tools

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria

  • Initiate contact with prospects to understand needs and introduce company products or services

  • Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the CRM system

  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the pipeline

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and emails

  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
