Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and build relationships.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs and pain points, ensuring that they align with the solutions your company offers.
Maintain an organized database of prospects and follow up consistently to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and materials that can effectively support your sales efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and present ideas persuasively.
