Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and build relationships.

  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and pain points, ensuring that they align with the solutions your company offers.

  • Maintain an organized database of prospects and follow up consistently to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and materials that can effectively support your sales efforts.

  • Lead & Revenue Generation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and present ideas persuasively.
