Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collaborating with customers in MEA region to understand their product pipeline
2. Consulting the customer with right product to be used based on the process requirement
3. Work closely with R&D of Pharma and Biopharma customers in region to spec in our product range in early stage of process development
4. To track the progress of the customer project from R&D/PD to pilot to commercial
5. To work to develop three level organograms of customers
6. To improve the customer service experience by providing end to end support from technical discussion, sampling, commercial proposals, coordination for invoicing and delivery of the products
7. Working on innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross functional teams to increase the customer reach and develop new business
8. Coordinate with technical service for complaint resolution to enhance customer retention
9. Forecasting of sales (month, quarter, and year)
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Science Graduates or Postgraduates / MBA are preferred.
Experience: 1 3 years Experience in Industry. 1-2 years of inside sales experience Preferred.
