Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for web & SEO services
Qualify leads and identify real buying intent
Explain website development and SEO offerings clearly
Understand client business goals and pain points
Prepare basic proposals and pricing discussions
Follow up consistently until closure (no ghosting)
Maintain CRM with accurate lead and activity data
Coordinate with delivery team for smooth handover
Meet weekly call, follow-up, and closure targets
Continuously improve product and market knowledge
Desired Candidate Profile
Beginner with strong interest in sales and digital services
Clear spoken English (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory)
Confident communicator, not afraid of rejection
Basic understanding of websites and SEO (or willing to learn fast)
Goal-oriented and numbers-driven mindset
Strong follow-up discipline and time management
Comfortable with phones, emails, and CRM tools
Professional attitude with hunger to grow in sales
