Roles & Responsibilities
Inside Sales Renewable Energy
Manage inbound and outbound activities, explain Enpal solutions clearly, listen to needs, and tailor the proposal to the individual.
Manage the entire sales process from first contact to contract signing, accompanying the customer through every stage, from information gathering to closing, and handling questions and objections.
Constantly update the company CRM to ensure optimal lead management, keep data and activities up to date, define clear priorities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Continuously study products and the market to stay up-to-date and competitive, stay informed about offers, news and trends, and offer solid and reliable advice.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff, a quality customer experience, and a consistent, seamless customer journey.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum experience: 1 year in sales/inside sales or similar roles
Strong motivation and interest in sales and sustainability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian
Italian language level C1/C2
Good organization, consistent follow-up and attention to detail
Familiarity with digital tools and CRM (or willingness to learn quickly)
