About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil & gas sector, particularly with equipment such as valves, wellhead equipment and oilfield chemical products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

• Prepare and issue technical and commercial quotations, ensuring pricing and product details are accurate and aligned with customer requirements.

• Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and correspondence in the CRM/database.

Proposal & Documentation Support

• Assist in generating proposals, tender documents, datasheets, and compliance statements as required by clients.

• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, product specifications, and delivery schedules.

• Process sales orders, verify item codes, delivery terms, and customer purchase orders.

• Liaise with logistics and procurement teams to schedule deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Prepare required shipping and commercial documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.) when needed.

Internal & External Coordination

• Interface with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
